BIRTHDAYS

80 YEARS: Today (Saturday) we celebrate the 80th birthday of Fr. Mark Stengel (pictured right). Tomorrow (Sunday), we celebrate the 80th birthday of Br. Adrian Strobel (pictured left). They agreed to allow us to take a photo in front of our foundation cross from 1878 when our monastery was founded. We give thanks to God for their years of faithful monastic service and persevering in their vows. They remain two of our hardest working monks in ministry. They are also proud graduates of our Subiaco Academy from the class of 1962. Happy Birthday & Ad Multos Annos!!! For that we monks chant: UIOGD!
