BR. SEBASTIAN UPDATE

THE BEER MONK: We are often asked about how the "Beer Monk" is doing now that the Abbot assigned our Brewmeister to Seminary studies. Br. Sebastian is doing well at St. John's School of Theology & Seminary in Collegeville, MN. He is finishing up his first semester of a four-year program of priestly studies. Brother Sebastian not only lives in the wonderful monastic community of St. John's Abbey that has welcomed him with open arms, but also gets to enjoy his classes with other monks and students from around the world who study there as well. The Seminary is led by Fr. Michael Patella who collaborates with a wonderful team of men and women called to undertake the formation of future priests. Keep Br. Sebastian, our monk from warm and sunny Arkansas, in your prayers as he has yet to experience the FULL ONSLAUGHT of a Minnesota winter. May our monastic brother persevere!
